Pricing for these cards is preliminary, which is evident by the fact that the RX 6950 XT costs twice as much as the RX 6900 XT. The same goes for the rest of the custom templates. Here’s what the Sapphire custom RDNA 2 refresh lineup will include:

AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT Flagship Powered by Navi 21 XTXH
The AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT will ship with the Navi 21 XTXH GPU in its fully enabled die configuration featuring 80 Compute Units or 5120 SP. The card will also feature 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus interface. There are also 80 ray accelerators for enabling ray tracing on graphics cards (one RA per compute unit). The graphics card will feature a TBP of around 300 to 350 watts.
In addition to standard memory, the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card will also feature 128MB of Infinity Cache on the GPU chip. The cache will help increase bandwidth for higher performance at resolutions above 1080p HD. The 128MB Infinity Cache boosts the standard 512GB/s bandwidth by 3.25x, delivering up to 1.664TB/s effective bandwidth on all Big Navi GPU-based cards.
Now, when it comes to clock speeds, the reports are mixed. We know the new lineup will feature 18Gbps GDDR6 memory arrays, delivering an effective bandwidth of 576GB/s, but that’s the core clock that can’t be confirmed yet. We’ve heard reports that the Radeon RX 6950 XT will feature boost clocks over 2.5GHz, which is a nice jump over the standard RX 6900 XT, but we don’t know if this is model specific. reference or a custom model.
As for the graphics card design, it will come in the same “Midnight Black” flavor as the 6800 XT Limited Edition with a 2.5-slot cooler, a huge heatsink cooled by three fans and a power supply provided by 2 connectors 8 pin.
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT – Fastest Consumer Navi 21
The AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT will feature the Navi 22 XT GPU and feature 40 compute units equivalent to 2560 stream processors. The graphics chip also includes 40 ray accelerators for ray tracing capabilities on RDNA 2-based GPUs.
The graphics card will feature a 12GB GDDR6 buffer as well as a 192-bit bus interface. AMD will use 18 Gbps dies, which would yield a total bandwidth of 432 GB/s for the cards. The GPU additionally contains 96MB of Infinity Cache. The GPU will be fully Gen 4.0 compatible. As for the TBP, the card should feature a 230-250W design. This is only due to the use of higher clock memory arrays, which will lead to increased power consumption. As for GPU clock speeds, we can’t confirm if the RX 6750 XT will get the same “boost” treatment as the RX 6950 XT mentioned above.
The graphics card will receive an all-new “Midnight Black” triple-fan reference design with a dual-slot design and power supplied through an 8+6 pin connector configuration.
AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT – Navi 22 Powered Budget Delight
Finally, we have the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card which will be powered by the Navi 23 XT GPU, with 11.06 billion transistors packed into a 237mm2 die. The Navi 23 GPU includes 32 compute units with a total of 2048 stream processors. The card will also rock 32MB of Infinity Cache and features 8GB of GDDR6 memory capacity running on a 128-bit wide bus interface at 18Gbps spindle speeds for a total bandwidth of 288GB/s .
Much like the Radeon RX 6600 XT, the card will work with a single 8 pin connector and the TBP will be expected to be around 160-180W. Again, we cannot confirm the boost clocks for the GPU and whether they remain the same as the existing 6600 XT or get boosted processing. The graphics card will receive an all-new “Midnight Black” dual-fan reference design with a dual-slot design and power supplied through a single 8-pin connector configuration.
