At Marcus & Mack, managers want to celebrate the unstoppable entrepreneurs whose limitless ambitions have fostered new business ideas that have made our world a better place. Being an entrepreneur requires ambition, courage and perseverance. A true entrepreneur is someone who offers innovation, growth and offers something that truly transforms our world.
The COVID-19 pandemic has only made it harder to take the first step in business.
This is why the company has decided to propose the first Young Entrepreneur Nomination.
For this nomination, Marcus & Mack asked individuals to nominate someone they believe to be a determined, smart and hardworking entrepreneur.
The first young entrepreneur nomination goes to Grace Preston, 16, of Brockway, and her company Grace’s Graphic Design.
Grace has been an entrepreneur since the age of 8. Over the past eight years, she has donated over $ 14,000 to animal charities. Last year, she became more interested in digital art and started creating designs for shirts, water bottles, mugs and more.
As Grace’s graphic designer, she continues to use a portion of her proceeds to benefit animal charities, such as sponsoring rescued animal transports through organizations such as Pittsburgh Aviation Animal Rescue. Team.
She plans to go to college and major in graphic design as well as business administration and hopefully continue to grow her business in the future.
“We believe Grace embodies entrepreneurship,” officials said in a press release.
“Her contributions to charity over the years, and even as a young child, show her passion for making a difference and helping others. We are incredibly honored that Grace wins our first Young Entrepreneur nomination.
