The Commercial Development and Leasing Unit has a variety of forms and information available to assist existing commercial tenants in managing their leases.


The Provincial Parks Commercial Guidelines are being developed and will establish a consistent standard and operational guidelines for provincial parks commercial tenants to follow, to ensure everyone has a safe and secure park visit experience. pleasant.

3. Expand an existing business

Interested in growing your business? We are always interested in reviewing expansion proposals from our existing tenants.

To start the process, and well in advance of your desired project start date, complete the Application for Private Investment to Expand an Existing Business in Saskatchewan Provincial Parks, providing us with details of additional services, renovations, modifications and/or additions to an existing business. or leased area.

Once completed, email it to [email protected] for ministry approval. Approvals from other regulatory agencies may be required. All permits, licenses and applications must be in place before construction begins.
