AEM Front-End Developer Specialist

The main objective of this scope of work is to obtain the services of an experienced MEA
specialist (front-end developer) with the following attributes (not all exhaustive)
Experience with AEM and related content and user interface technologies (Sling, HTL).
Establish relationships of trust with our customers and partners.
Provide leadership at all stages of customer engagement including estimates, project initiation, discovery workshops, requirements capture, construction, quality assurance and operations.
Help establish the overall goals and objectives of the digital transformation program for a client.
Lead discovery workshops with the ability to understand and articulate client needs based on limited client feedback. Capture and refine requirements and translate them into technical details relevant to UI development in the context of AEM.
Leverage practical technical and product skills to design the solution architecture in partnership with one or more solution experts.
Define and articulate the technical strategy, project plans and deadlines.
Design and design AEM components that will be used to build digital platforms for web and mobile for global businesses.
Provide technical leadership for the development team, represent them in client relationships, support sprint delivery and resolve functional and technical issues related to the user interface.
Perform code reviews and ensure the team adheres to common coding.

Over 10 years of digital content management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, including
web page design, content organization, content editing, web and web architecture
More than 5 years of experience in UX / UI development – support, conduct
understand and deliver solutions that exceed expectations with solid
storytelling skills;
7+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of design experience
and implementation of modules on Adobe CQ 5.3 and AEM [Phone Number Removed]; and
with 5 years of experience as a Java developer;
Experience in the technical management and execution of large digital applications on multiple frameworks and platforms;
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics is highly preferred. You will be considered an AEM expert, staying on top of the capabilities of all aspects of the product
AEM, Java / J2EE, Sling, experience in application design and development;
In-depth and experienced knowledge of custom AEM reusable components, widgets,
Templates, widgets on top of JCR and Apache Sling (9 implicit objects), Apache
Jackrabbit CRX and AEM;
In-depth exposure of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content release / deployment and delivery processes, as well as experience implementing 2+ AEM projects to cycle complete;
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile);
Experience building enterprise applications using Java / J2EE technologies, eg. ex. servlets, database access, SOAP client;
Experience in migrating digital content and assets to AEM 6.x;
Working knowledge of different application servers such as JBOSS, Apache Tomcat,
Web logic.
Experience on the Java Content Repository (API) suite, the Web Sling framework and the Apache Felix OSGi framework (R6 / R7);
Experience with Sighlty, Sling Templates, Touch UI libraries and core Adobe components
Strong experience configuring AEM / CQ5 using Maven and standard Eclipse tools;
Strong expertise in user interface frameworks like Angular.JS, [URL Removed] MVC spring;
Experience in building and consuming REST services;
AEM migration experience (preferably as part of 2+ migration efforts);
Google Analytics a plus;
Broad and detailed understanding of the financial services industry
